Shukri Olow (LD-47) has dedicated her entire career to building better systems for children, youth, and families. From her work on early childhood development in King County and as the Youth and Family Empowerment Division Director at the City of Seattle to her background in supporting youth development programs, she has a deep and nuanced understanding of issues impacting kids and families. With a demonstrated commitment to partnering with community to build out solutions, we were heartened when she told us her campaign's biggest priority is children and families -- and we know she will continue to center kids and youth throughout her work in Olympia.
