The Children's Campaign Fund endorses Sen. Andy Billig (LD 3-D), one of our Children's Champions, for re-election this year. Sen. Billig is the Senate Majority Leader and sits on two committees: Ways & Means and Rules. He served on the bipartisan Education Funding Task Force that produced a framework for fully funding our schools, and he's an advocate for early learning. A former Big Brother, Sen.
