Children's Campaign Fund is seeking new board members!

Founded in 1990 as an all-volunteer, statewide, nonpartisan PAC, Children's Campaign Fund is dedicated to electing champions for children, youth, and families across Washington -- and holding those leaders accountable. We're thrilled to invite new members to join our dedicated board, collaborate with our talented staff, and help amplify our impact for kids and families in the political process.

If you are a champion for children, youth, and families in Washington, and looking for a meaningful volunteer role, we'd love to hear from you! NOTE: We are especially eager to connect with candidates who have expertise in PDC/compliance, fiscal management, accounting, and/or other finance-related skills to help launch and lead our finance committee during this period of exciting organizational growth and deepened impact.

For questions about the board role or process, please contact Kelly Edens, Deputy Director, at kelly@childrenscampaignfund.org,

We ask all prospective board members to:

  • Learn more about CCF by reviewing our strategic plan.

  • For an Executive Summary of our strategic plan, click here.

  • Review our board member job description to learn more about the expectations we have for each member

  • Meet with our Executive Director to discuss your interest in CCF and joining our board, answer any questions, and learn more about our process -- including opportunities to join board committees

While we are deeply grateful for all interest in joining our board, we have limited openings and specific needs among new members; as such, we may need to invite very capable and committed applicants to engage in other meaningful ways, including serving on a committee, volunteering for an event, or partnering in other ways to learn more about CCF.

We encourage all who are passionate about supporting CCF's mission to stay connected by signing up for our newsletter and engaging with us in other capacities! Click here to learn more about general volunteer opportunities.
